Withdrawal period

In accordance with articles VI 47-52 of the Economic Law Code, the consumer has a period of 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason free of charge. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

Return process

  1. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform the seller via the customer account at https://my.pawmygod.shop of its decision to return one or more articles. This decision should reach the seller within the aforementioned withdrawal period.
  2. Once the return request is approved by the seller, the customer will receive a shipping label to return the articles free of charge. After receiving the shipping label, the customer should register the package for shipment within 14 calendar days. If the seller has not received notice after 14 calendar days that the return package is in transit, the return will be considered invalid and the seller reserves the right to cancel the return and not or only partially reimburse it.
  3. If the customer uses the right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to Paw My God, Wijngaardstraat 8, 3620 Lanaken, Belgium. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packed when returning it.

  4. If the assessment of the returned goods is positive, the seller will refund the full order amount, including the standard delivery costs, to the customer within a maximum of 7 calendar days after the received goods have been received by the seller. The customer is reimbursed by the seller in the same way as the customer made the payment. If desired, the customer can also opt for a voucher. If the total purchase value minus the value of the returned items is less than € 60, the shipping cost of € 5.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.

No additional costs or compensations are associated with returns.
