How long will it take to receive my order?
We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Orders are sent for shipment by the end of the next working day at the latest.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to the following countries (in alphabetical order): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden. If your country of destination is not available at checkout, you can always contact us.
What are the costs of shipment?
The cost of shipment depends on the destination country and starts from €5 for orders below €50. Orders with a total of €50 or above are shipped for FREE. This only applies to the available destination countries.
How do I track the shipment of my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
How do I pay for an order?
We accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, PayPal, Bancontact, iDeal, EPS, GiroPay, Klarna or Przelewy24.
I have received the wrong item, what do I do?
Every effort is made to dispatch your order correctly and promptly. Unfortunately, occasionally errors can occur. If the item you’ve received is not what's detailed on your order, please contact us, quoting your name, address, contact and order details.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with the item you ordered or you ordered the wrong size, we are happy to exchange or refund the item within 14 days of receiving the item.
First, send an email to email@example.com to inform us about the return or exchange. Next, ship the item back to us and we will refund or exchange the item! Shipment costs for returns are on behalf of the customer.

What if my order shows up damaged?
Orders are packaged and dispatched with the greatest care. Unfortunately, occasionally errors can occur. If the item you’ve received appears to be damaged in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. Specify the nature of the damage and quote your name, address, contact and order details.
We will work to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
How do I cancel (part of) an order?
If you would like to cancel or change product(s) on an order placed, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. If your order has already been packed, we will not be able to cancel either part or the whole order.
How can I measure my pet's neck and chest?
Grab a measuring tape and loosely measure your pet's neck/chest where you would like your bandana/harness/bow tie/… to sit. Make sure to leave some wiggle room (about two fingers thick). You don’t want your friend to choke ;-) Chest size is measured at the widest part of your dog’s chest just behind the front legs.
If in between sizes, consider ordering a size up for harnesses and a size down for collars.
How can I use my voucher?
You can use the voucher code when checking out the order.
How should I wash the products?
We recommend hand washing for all our products.
In theory, all our fabrics (except for the leather leashes and collars) are washable at 30°. But just like our regular clothes, they will wear out and discolour much faster in the washing machine. Plus, your washing machine won't like it so much when the buckles and rings fly around against the drum.
So if it should be necessary to wash something in the washing machine, be sure to put it in a laundry bag and use a mild detergent. This way you limit wear by aggressive detergent anyway.
